Meet the team

Rushika is a methodical and logical accountant who maintains a strong skillset in auditing, accounting, and tax planning. She always plans three steps ahead so that clients can appreciate the full benefit of her knowledge.

Outside of work, Rushika applies the same energy and vibrancy when taking her daughter out and about!

Antony is one of our senior accountants, with a great knowledge of both audit and accounts.

Antony is keen comic book reader and superhero fan, which is reflected in his superhero-like ability to help clients develop their businesses.

Raja is one of our newest accountants to JLA. He is highly reliable and an all-round great team player. He has excelled at building strong client relationships.

In his own time, Raja enjoys road cycling, recently cycling from London to Paris for charity, he also enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Alison is the longest serving member of JLA, having joined in 2003. She is responsible for our company secretarial services alongside Bethany.

Alison is a loyal West Ham season ticket holder, although she regularly needs a glass of prosecco after watching them!

Khadija is a senior accountant and member of Antony’s accounts team, preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns and helping with clients’ accounting and business queries.

Away from the office, Khadija is also a makeup artist and enjoys travelling to different countries to explore different cultures and foods.

Kris is JLA’s Team Secretary. She manages Jeff’s diary and is the go to person in the office for any administration needs and support, as well as welcoming all visitors into JLA.

In her spare time Kris likes to go on long walks in the Hertfordshire countryside. She also enjoys weekends away at spas, where she can totally unwind and relax.

Androulla is our devoted Bookkeeping and keeps JLAs records in “ship shape” order. Androulla’s efficient and highly organised manner ensures our bookkeeping procedures run smoothly.

Androulla is a keen member of the Virtual Community Choir. She is a competitive quiz partaker and loves a challenging puzzle.

Rachel is a helpful and energetic team member. Her positive attitude ensures that our Practice Management and Financial matters are dealt with efficiently and successfully.

Rachel’s high energy continues outside work where she enjoys working out regularly. She also enjoys socialising with family and friends.

Taher is an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant within Antony’s accounts team. He is racing to finish his ACCA exams and snapping at the heels of our senior accountants!

Taher loves to travel and eat good food and working it off afterwards in the gym. He’s also a keen Liverpool supporter, but we won’t hold that against him!

Bhageshree is part of our Tax Team. She assists the team with personal tax returns and HMRC enquiries, as well as being the mortgage reference guru.

In her spare time, you will find her breaking a sweat at the gym, reading a book whilst relaxing on a sunny beach or spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Chloe is the second half of our Company Secretarial team, like Alison dealing with company formations, share changes, confirmation statements etc.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys baking, listening to podcasts, watching documentaries and spending time with family and friends.

Claire is a good communicator both internally and with clients and has strong attention to detail.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys going on holidays to explore new destinations around the world. She also enjoys going to gigs and watching football.

As our Tax Administrator, James works closely with both the Tax and Accounts staff. As the go-to person for our online portal and general enquiries, he is always available to assist our clients.

In his own time, James volunteers as a swimming coach at his local pool. He is also an avid football fan and loves playing golf. 

Nima’s job at JLA is to plan and perform the audits. She also has a small portfolio of clients for whom she prepares accounts and tax returns.

Outside of work, Nima enjoys reading fiction novels, going to the cinema and taking her children to the local parks for a good run around!

Peter supports our clients with their audit and accounts requirements as well as offering sensible strategic advice.

Peter loves watching movies of all kinds and socialising with his peers. He also enjoys going to the gym for a good workout!

Ritesh’s role involves supporting clients across multiple business sectors and delivering a full outsourced accountancy service.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching and playing cricket. Also, he loves eating out at a variety of different worldly cuisines
